Description
Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to assess, disassemble, repair, and reassemble collision-damaged vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition while meeting quality, speed, customer-service, and facility KPI standards. The role includes estimating repair work, repairing body and structural damage, replacing parts and glass, welding, painting, inspecting completed repairs, and collaborating with other repairers. A high school diploma or equivalent plus completion of a technical school program or a three-year auto body repair apprenticeship is required.
