Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician Trainee for a 30-day trial period that can qualify the trainee for an 18-month Technician Development Program. The role provides supervised hands-on experience in dent removal, sanding, painting, vehicle inspections, repair planning, tool maintenance, safety procedures, and teamwork in an automotive collision repair environment. A high school diploma/GED, vocational training, prior experience, and I-CAR Gold Class are preferred but not required, while applicants must be at least 18, physically able to perform repair work, dependable, safety-conscious, communicative, and willing to learn. Compensation is $18.00-$21.00 hourly, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement matching, and insurance coverage.
