MLabs is hiring on behalf of a high-growth claims management organization for an Auto Claims Handler in Dallas, Texas. The hybrid full-time role manages auto claims from first notice of loss through settlement, including coverage verification, liability decisions, physical damage, total loss, bodily injury, PIP/MedPay, reserves, fraud indicators, compliance, and process improvement. Candidates need at least three years of hands-on auto claims experience, an active Texas adjuster license, U.S. work authorization, and strong organization, prioritization, and metrics-based decision-making skills. Compensation is $50,000–$75,000 annually plus potential bonus and benefits.
