Description
The Estimator assesses vehicle damage, documents repairs and parts, coordinates repair needs, communicates with customers and insurance companies, and supports the collision repair facility’s customer experience and KPIs. The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, at least one year of DRP experience, willingness to complete I-CAR training, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation is estimated at $49,000–$70,000 USD annually, with commissions and possible bonuses.
