Description
The Technician Trainee will apprentice through hands-on and classroom training to become a Safelite-certified auto glass technician. Responsibilities include observing and assisting with auto glass installation and repair, recalibrating automotive safety systems, troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, providing additional services and products, safely operating vehicles and tools, and completing jobs with high quality and customer service. The role pays $20.25 per hour initially, increasing to $24 per hour after training and certification, and includes benefits, tuition reimbursement, and promotion potential.
