Description
The Installer/R&R position removes, inspects, and repairs transmission, transfer case, differential, and related automotive components. The role also includes maintaining safe and organized work areas, coordinating with coworkers, communicating with customers and other stakeholders, and performing assigned mechanical and shop tasks. It requires 2–5 years of automotive mechanic and transmission experience, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and an automotive certificate is preferred.
