The role provides product knowledge and customer service, maintains inventory and warehouse organization, processes orders and returns, supports sales and store performance, and follows safety and cleanliness requirements. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of retail or automotive parts sales experience, strong product and customer-service knowledge, POS and inventory-system proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
