Kunes Auto Group is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the link between customers and the service department. The role involves assessing vehicle needs, recommending maintenance and repairs, preparing repair orders and estimates, communicating inspection results and costs, scheduling appointments, coordinating with technicians, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Applicants need at least one year of service advising experience, strong communication and organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record; vehicle maintenance knowledge and software adaptability are advantageous. Compensation is $50,000 to $85,000 plus experience-dependent adjustments, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, employee discounts, training, and a daily pay program.
