Description
Tulsa County is hiring a full-time Automotive Maintenance Mechanic to repair, overhaul, and maintain gasoline and diesel-powered vehicles, trucks, and other mechanical equipment. The role includes diagnosing and repairing engines, transmissions, brakes, fuel and ignition systems, electronic controls, hydraulic and air systems, welding, glass installation, radiator replacement, field service, vendor oversight, emergency response, and safety maintenance. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, automotive trade training, at least three years of full-time paid maintenance-mechanic experience, ASE certification or equivalent, a valid Oklahoma driver’s license, and defensive driving training.
