Description
Carvana is hiring an Autobody Prepper, also described as an Experienced Auto Body Repair Technician, to perform heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, and large-area bodywork including Bondo repair. The role requires at least three years of professional automotive bodywork experience, physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Pay is $25-$33 hourly, with company-paid healthcare premiums, paid time off, retirement matching, vehicle purchase discounts, and other benefits. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship and requires applicants to pass a background check.
