Description

Kepak is hiring an Automation / AI Developer for its Digital Technology & Innovation team in Blanchardstown, Dublin. The role combines software development, agentic AI, RPA, workflow automation, data pipelines, and stakeholder engagement to design, build, test, deploy, and support automation and AI solutions across finance, operations, HR, and supply chain. The developer will work with Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, D365, SharePoint, MuleSoft, vector databases, and programming languages such as Python, C#/.NET, or TypeScript, while contributing to AI strategy, solution quality, and innovation.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Third-level qualification in a relevant discipline, or equivalent practical industry experience in software engineering, automation, or AI.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 3 years of experience with an enterprise automation or AI development platform.
Depth of delivery experience with an enterprise automation or AI development platform.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with UiPath, Power Automate, or similar automation platforms.
Experience with Azure AI Search or other semantic search technologies.
Confident stakeholder-facing skills, including workshops and presentations.
