Synopsys is hiring an Automation Operations Engineer to move automation applications from pilots into secure, scalable, production-ready services. The role covers converting specifications into production requirements, designing architectures for hundreds of users, integrating enterprise tools, and establishing deployment, testing, monitoring, incident-management, backup, recovery, change-control, and support processes. It requires a bachelor’s degree or higher, at least 10 years of technology-related experience, and expertise in scalable architectures, cloud or on-premises deployment, systems integration, APIs, databases, identity and access management, reliability, security, and AI governance. The position is based at Synopsys’ Lisboa office.
