Impulse is hiring an Automation & Controls Engineer to design, commission, and troubleshoot industrial machinery and systems for R&D, testing, and production. The role covers equipment concept and requirements, electrical and fluid schematics, PLC and TwinCAT software, industrial-control hardware, hardware selection, HMI development, and end-user coordination. Candidates need a relevant engineering bachelor's degree, at least two years of experience in manufacturing, testing, or R&D, and at least one year of PLC programming experience. The position requires a flexible schedule, travel as needed, and U.S. government export-authorization eligibility.
