Description
The Automation & Controls Engineer serves as the primary site subject matter expert for industrial automation, PLCs, HMIs, control systems, industrial networks, and packaging and material-handling equipment. The role troubleshoots and optimizes controls across dairy manufacturing operations, supports maintenance and operations, participates in on-call and capital-project activities, leads automation-focused continuous improvement, and develops controls documentation. It requires an associate, technical, or related degree, at least five years of relevant experience, Rockwell PLC and HMI experience, and prior manufacturing and automation experience.
