Description
Temper is hiring a full-time Manager/Supervisor to build its new A&D team, which will centralise data infrastructure, data activation and BI development, and automation across the company. The role defines the team's scope and roles, hires into them, aligns existing data and automation work, and establishes an AI-native way of working. The manager will report to the CFO, work with stakeholders across the business, and require experience building or restructuring a technical team, modern data-stack expertise, AI/LLM enthusiasm, strong stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery experience.
