InPost is seeking an RPA and AI Automation Lead to co-create and implement process automation and artificial intelligence solutions across the organization. The role leads end-to-end RPA initiatives, identifies process improvements, collaborates with business and technology teams, ensures solution quality, maintains automations, develops standards and best practices, and mentors a team of four specialists. Candidates should have experience coordinating technology projects, analyzing and optimizing business processes, and familiarity with tools such as Power Automate, SQL, PySpark, or Power BI.
