Description
Coupang Fulfillment Services is hiring an Automation Central Reliability Engineer to maximize the availability, reliability, and maintainability of automated fulfillment-center equipment. The role develops site- and regional-level reliability strategies, defines failure modes, leads downtime-improvement projects, coordinates with Operations, Engineering, Safety, and vendors, and improves OEE and cost structure through data-driven decision-making. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 10 years of relevant industrial equipment or reliability experience, and hands-on knowledge of RCA, FMEA, RCM, CMMS, and cross-functional project leadership.
