Baxter is hiring an Engineering Technologist to provide hands-on technical support to engineering and manufacturing teams. The role troubleshoots and repairs automation, mechanical, electrical, and control systems; manages medium- to large-scale technical projects; supports equipment upgrades and process improvements; investigates root causes; and prepares standard operating procedures. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of engineering-technologist or related technical experience, project-management capability, and familiarity with CAD or 3D design tools. The estimated base salary is $76,000 to $104,500 annually, with possible discretionary bonuses and U.S. benefits.
