Description
Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a Data Analytics Engineer in Devens, Massachusetts to support the design, delivery, operational support, improvement, change management, and lifecycle management of manufacturing automation systems and data analytics solutions for biologics and cell therapy production. The role works with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to develop dashboards, analyze data, support investigations, manage quality and process-control records, and contribute to technical transfers and regulatory activities. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least two years of manufacturing or biopharmaceutical experience, Cell Therapy or Biologics experience, cGMP knowledge, and hands-on SQL, Python, and data science experience. The position is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 10%–15% travel, and offers a full-time salary of $89,390–$108,315 plus potential incentive and stock opportunities.
