Description
DHL is hiring an Automation Designer / Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain HR and HR Shared Service Center automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, BPMN, and related enterprise workflow technologies. The role requires 2–5 years of Microsoft Power automation experience, strong process and user-experience design skills, HR process knowledge, and fluent English. It is based in Budapest, Hungary, with a hybrid work arrangement and includes private health insurance and a growth path toward senior or expert automation roles.
