DHL Group is hiring a full-time, permanent Task Mining Specialist in Chennai, India, to own the end-to-end implementation and operation of a cloud-based Task Mining platform (KYP.ai) across finance teams. The role analyzes user-interaction data to improve finance processes such as Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report; recommends process improvements and automation; supports users and stakeholders; and coordinates configuration, monitoring, data privacy, reporting, and integration with SQL, APIs, or BI tools. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least three years of experience in software implementation, process optimization, or digital transformation, and familiarity with process mining, task mining, RPA, finance processes, SaaS configuration, and data analysis.
