Description
Citi is hiring a full-time Automation Developer for its Securities Finance Technology team to build and maintain scalable frameworks, developer tools, testing infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines. The role also involves integrating AI tools to improve engineering productivity, partnering with development, business, and operations teams, mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and supporting risk and compliance. Candidates need at least 8 years of hands-on technical development experience, strong software engineering fundamentals, and experience or strong interest in AI tools; financial-services, BDD, containerization, cloud, shared libraries, programming-language, and testing-framework experience are preferred.
