Description
This role involves conducting in-house automation and test equipment development, encompassing hardware circuit design (PCBA), mechanical design, control software programming, GR&R, and verification. The individual will also be responsible for sourcing and determining automation solutions from external suppliers, managing their development process, and implementing them on the production line. Additionally, they will provide expert knowledge for product and process design and improvement from an automation perspective, supporting continuous improvements and new product introductions.
