ArcelorMittal Long Products Luxembourg (AM LPL) is seeking an Automation Engineer for its Automation & Industrial Modeling team in the Technology department. The role involves designing and implementing PLC-, sensor-, and industrial-control-system-based automation solutions; developing automation programs; applying digital, AI, and industrial IoT technologies; integrating real-time controls with operations; optimizing processes and tracking KPIs; and supporting safety, quality, energy conservation, and waste reduction. The position requires a relevant master's degree, at least five years of automation and industrial control experience, fluency in French and English, and skills in variable speed drives, networks, IT, project management, SAP, office tools, and system programming languages.
