AFRY Advanced Automation is hiring an Automation Engineer in Västerås to deliver advanced automation solutions across industry, energy, water, and process industries. The role covers the full project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, system design, PLC, SCADA, and DCS programming and configuration, plant modernization, FAT/SAT and start-up, troubleshooting, optimization, customer consulting, and technical leadership. Candidates need relevant automation education or equivalent experience, at least four years of related industry experience, fluent Swedish and English, and a category B driver’s license.
