The role combines business analysis, process discovery, requirements writing, workflow and RPA development, testing, reliability, documentation, and measurement. Candidates should have hands-on automation experience, practical engineering skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and Git, and familiarity with workflow orchestration or iPaaS platforms.
