Description
Amcor is hiring an Automation Engineer to serve as a technical subject matter expert for the safe development, integration, implementation, operation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of industrial manufacturing equipment across multiple facilities. The role leads equipment scopes from concept through design, build, installation, commissioning, and production handoff; coordinates OEMs, machine builders, systems integrators, suppliers, and plant teams; and supports reliability improvements, root-cause corrective actions, and complex equipment issues. The position requires engineering education or equivalent experience, strong industrial equipment and safety knowledge, project-management skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
