Description
The Laser Systems Test Engineer develops and maintains LabVIEW and Python applications for assembling, aligning, testing, calibrating, and data-collecting laser systems; programs robot arms for assembly automation; simulates and validates test requirements; and supports legacy software and engineering design reviews. The role requires a BSME, BSEE, or BSCS, preferably an MS, and at least five years of test and assembly-system development experience involving sub-micron precision tooling, vision systems, laser metrology, and database interfaces.
