Ingredion is hiring an on-site Automation Engineer at its Guadalajara Plant to manage, maintain, and optimize industrial automation systems supporting manufacturing operations. The role covers PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, industrial networks, preventive and corrective maintenance, root-cause analysis, capital investment support, software and hardware lifecycle management, continuous improvement, and technical guidance to maintenance personnel. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in automation, mechatronics, electronics, electrical engineering, control engineering, instrumentation, or a related field, at least five years of industrial automation, control systems, or instrumentation experience, and experience in manufacturing environments.
