Koniag IT Systems is hiring an Automation Engineer to support enterprise IT service management environments in Washington, DC. The hybrid role requires two days onsite and involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining automation workflows, scripts, integrations, AIOps capabilities, self-service automation, reporting, and documentation across ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira Service Management. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of IT service management or IT operations engineering experience, 4+ years of ITSM automation experience, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust.
