Description
Micron is hiring an Automation Engineer to improve labor efficiency in assigned manufacturing processes through automation solutions. The role collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, process, equipment, and new-product teams; analyzes process flows and equipment layouts; designs and manages automation projects from concept through production release; coordinates vendors, equipment, instruments, and control devices; and oversees testing, data analysis, and technical reporting. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with semiconductor or Micron operations; internship or semiconductor experience is a plus.
