Description
Mujin Japan Co., Ltd. is hiring an Automation Engineer to analyze manufacturing and logistics processes, develop end-to-end automation concepts, select robots and material-handling equipment, coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams, and support implementation, verification, and commissioning. The role requires practical experience in automation, equipment implementation, production or equipment engineering, and coordination with stakeholders, with preferred knowledge of industrial robots, PLCs, controls, image processing, AGVs/AMRs, conveyors, automated warehouses, safety, and project management. The position is based at the Tokyo Headquarters or Okazaki Office, offers flextime, and includes a six-month probationary period.
