The Industrial Automation Engineer leads automation and process-improvement projects at manufacturing sites, translating concepts into scalable solutions and overseeing installation, programming, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and deployment. The role requires travel to at least 50% of manufacturing facilities, hands-on project support, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to standardize successful solutions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field, plus 3–7+ years of relevant experience and hands-on automation-system experience.
