Description
PayJoy is hiring an Automation Engineer (Tools Specialist) to bridge low-code automation and software development for customer experience operations across nine countries. The role owns PHP/Python APIs, Zendesk AI Agents, IVR platforms, and N8N/Make workflows; develops and tests chatbot flows, RESTful APIs, generative AI integrations, and agentic automation; collaborates with CX stakeholders across multiple time zones; and manages releases, documentation, monitoring, and impact reporting. The position requires PHP 8.x, RESTful APIs, Postman, MySQL, Docker, Git, conversational AI, IVR knowledge, and fluent English, with Python, JavaScript, AWS, and other low-code or CX tools listed as desirable.
