Description
The Automation Engineer will apply engineering principles to design, develop, install, test, commission, and train personnel on automation projects. The role covers mechanical design with SolidWorks, electrical design with SkyCAD, PLC and industrial-robot programming, HMI development, system troubleshooting, and project coordination from concept through delivery. It requires an associate’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience, foundational automation knowledge, at least five years of automation equipment or systems experience, and the ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
