Rentokil PCI is hiring an Automation Engineer to design and implement low-code/no-code automation solutions that improve customer experience, communication workflows, and operational efficiency. The role involves analyzing customer journeys, building workflows and integrations with CRM, helpdesk, marketing, and database systems, testing and troubleshooting automations, documenting processes, training users, monitoring performance, and establishing scalable and secure automation practices. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of automation experience focused on LCNC platforms, and proficiency with tools such as Yellow.ai, Zoho Creator, and Zapier, along with knowledge of APIs, webhooks, databases, and basic JavaScript.
