Description
The role leads and supports employees across all shifts, manages automation systems, supports investment needs, creates training templates, monitors production KPIs and HSE compliance, maintains tool and SBM-machine inventory, and implements repair strategies. It requires an engineering degree or vocational training with state-certified technician training or a comparable qualification, mechanical engineering or vehicle technology experience, MS Office and SAP skills, German and English proficiency, analytical and teamwork abilities, and willingness to travel.
