Capgemini is hiring an Automation Engineer to identify business needs, analyze and model business processes, translate functional requirements into automation solutions, and implement and manage low-code robotic process automation for clients. The role involves explaining complex issues to non-technical stakeholders, maintaining stable RPA solutions, assessing the impact of IT and process changes, and contributing to internal development and product quality. It is a mid-level/senior position with a 32–40-hour schedule, based in Utrecht, from home, or on client sites.
