TELUS Digital is hiring a Forward Deployed Automation Engineer in Guatemala to work in a hybrid model with onsite requirements three days per week. The role embeds with client operations and Workforce Management teams, leading discovery of automation opportunities, designing intelligent automation architectures, building and deploying production RPA, scripting, data pipeline, and AI-driven solutions, and enabling operational teams. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, expertise in an RPA platform and Python or another scripting language, cloud and containerization experience, and knowledge of modern AI automation technologies.
