Transcom is hiring a Mid-Level Automation Engineer (RPA) in Zagreb to design, develop, deploy, monitor, and improve scalable RPA solutions. The role uses UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate, integrates with C#, Python, and TypeScript, supports cloud migration to Google Cloud Platform, explores agentic AI and large language model solutions, collaborates with business stakeholders, mentors junior engineers, and produces technical documentation. Applicants need a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 2–5 years of production RPA experience, strong programming skills, cloud and API knowledge, Git experience, and fluency in English.
