VELUX A/S is hiring an Automation Engineer in Thyregod to support engineering projects and production development. The role involves providing technical guidance, approving machinery, supporting commissioning and qualification, developing and optimizing PLC and robotic automation solutions, participating in factory and site acceptance tests, and contributing to industrial connectivity and manufacturing information systems. Candidates should have a relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualifications, 5–10 years of industrial automation, robotics, or manufacturing technology experience, PLC programming experience, commissioning experience, and Danish and English communication skills. The position includes limited domestic and international travel, typically up to 20 days annually.
