Required Previous Experiences: Several years of practical experience automating business processes and independently delivering solutions to productive use
In-depth experience with Power Automate cloud flows, connectors, expressions, and error handling
Experience building n8n workflows and connecting applications
Solid knowledge of JavaScript or Python for data transformations, business logic, and integrations
Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and Microsoft Graph
Practical experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse
Experience designing data flows and understanding data relationships and quality
Experience translating business requirements into maintainable automation solutions
Experience collaborating with specialist teams and explaining technical relationships
German C1 language skills and English technical-documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Power Apps or PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
Experience developing custom n8n nodes
Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or AI services
Experience with Power Automate Desktop
Knowledge of version control and controlled test-to-production transfers
Experience with BPMN or comparable workflow modeling
