Description
The Automation Engineer I supports the deployment, integration, optimization, and ongoing performance of manufacturing automation systems at the site level. The role focuses on assembly, test, and vision-based automation equipment, supporting NPI, new equipment introduction, production troubleshooting, continuous improvement, documentation, and operator training. It is an execution and support role rather than design engineering, requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent experience, and follows a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.
