Excel Engineering Inc. is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer for its Industrial Control & Utilities division in Mounds View, MN. The role involves managing and executing projects, delivering industrial control and automation solutions to clients in manufacturing and utilities, and working with PLCs, HMI/SCADA, DeltaV, VFDs, P&IDs, power distribution, and panel design. The engineer will also be responsible for creating project documents, developing PLC programs and HMI applications, performing system validation, designing electrical schematic packages, and leading projects.
