Description
The Automation Engineer / Internal Services Engineer develops internal tools, workflows, APIs, AI agents, and platforms for Support, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. The role focuses on automating repetitive work, analyzing process bottlenecks, building and optimizing n8n-based workflows and code-based services, and collaborating with all teams. It requires software engineering experience, API and workflow automation expertise, AI tooling knowledge, German as a native language, and good English. The position offers €70,000–95,000 gross annual salary plus equity, is 100% remote with an optional Vienna office, and includes a structured interview process.
