Gifthealth Inc is hiring an on-site Automation Engineer (Process Automation) in Mesa, Arizona to design, optimize, and scale automated systems supporting high-volume pharmacy fulfillment operations. The role partners with engineering, pharmacy operations, robotics, software, hardware, compliance, and quality teams to improve throughput, reduce errors, develop SOPs, conduct time studies and capacity planning, and drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma in a regulated healthcare environment. It is a full-time exempt position with a stated salary range of $84,612 to $99,543.
