COCC is hiring an Automation Engineer to streamline build, deployment, and testing processes across its software development lifecycle. The role involves designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, migrating to containerized deployments, writing automation scripts, monitoring pipeline performance, troubleshooting builds, and supporting version control and continuous improvement. The position is based in the Southington, Connecticut office on a hybrid schedule and requires at least two years of CI/CD pipeline experience, along with exposure to containerization, orchestration, source control, and programming or scripting technologies.
