Description

Evernorth is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer Analyst to join their innovation hub in India. This role involves developing, optimizing, and fine-tuning AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy, supporting the entire software lifecycle from design to deployment. The successful candidate will plan and execute quality assurance for applications moving healthcare data, validate front-end and back-end behaviors using SQL-focused and ETL-aware testing, and collaborate with Agile teams.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3-5 years of experience in automation engineering
JavaScript and TypeScript programming languages
Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on API/services testing
exposure to Kafka and Azure (environments, monitoring, test access)
automation QA depth
blended automation + strong manual/SQL is ideal
C#, Selenium, Playwright, REST Assured, or Postman.
Healthcare experience strongly preferred
prior authorization or claims-adjacent familiarity
careful handling of regulated data
