Howmet is hiring an Automation Leader for its investment casting facility in Whitehall, Michigan. The role leads robotics and automation initiatives, including equipment development, process automation, installation, testing, validation, commissioning, and transition to production. Responsibilities also include project management, performance tracking, capital justification, customer and cross-functional coordination, and leadership of automation engineers and technicians. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of engineering experience, and at least one year of people leadership experience; visa sponsorship is not available.
