InPost is hiring a remote Automation & Process Improvement Specialist to identify and lead end-to-end automation, robotic process automation, and AI projects in its operations area. The role involves developing Python and API-based solutions, building AI agents and RAG integrations, analyzing business processes, coordinating testing and deployments, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders. Candidates need at least 2–3 years of relevant project experience, Python and Databricks knowledge, analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and B2 English proficiency.
